In envisioning our "Common House" family, we wanted to capture the essence of our favorite coastal town and allow visitors to live the Venice Beach lifestyle. Convenient locations, stylish decor and gracious hospitality evoke a modern beach welcome. We wanted to create a special rental experience that feels like your custom beach getaway, a place you can visit and feel at home.

Fully remodeled in 2012, the Common Studio is beautifully designed to celebrate Southern California's breezy lifestyle. The studio offers an airy, open space, with doors that open onto your private patio garden.
